Hop Hopkins is the Sierra Club’s Director of Organizational Transformation, where he works to advance organizational transformation and equity, justice and inclusion. Hop works to ensure that the Sierra Club’s campaigns and programs are deeply connected with communities most challenged by climate change and environmental degradation, including low-income communities and communities of color.
