Russ Conser is the Co-founder and CEO of Blue Nest Beef, an Audubon Certified regenerative agriculture and food startup that is focused on using conservation ranching to trap carbon in the soil, revitalizing bird habitats while also tackling climate change. He is an emerging voice for the science, business and impact of regenerative agriculture and food.
Russ has a long-held passion for all things energy and after 30 years at Shell – culminating in the leadership of the GameChanger innovation program – his new passion is for the solar-powered biological system at the nexus of energy, water and food that can be used to regenerate global soil health at scale.
